Diverse marine businesses flock to join British Marine Federation South West region

A five star luxury floating hotel, a company manufacturing eco yacht toys, and a traditional boat yard located in one of the UK’s most scenic creeks, have all recently been accepted as members of the South West region of the UK’s marine industry trade body, the British Marine Federation.

The British Marine Federation South West (BMF SW) region represents over 170 companies, and membership is recognised as a mark of professionalism, high standards and service and product quality in the industry.

Recent new members include Eco Yacht Toys, a company that provides a specialist toy shop and consultancy service to the marine industry. The company sources and supplies innovative, cutting edge and creative ‘toys’ for use on and near yachts, from initial consultancy with the owners and advice on the most fun and appropriate toys for owners and guests, through to training courses to demonstrate how to use and get the most from the onboard toys, the company offers a bespoke service to its many UK and internationally based clients. Toys featured include the current hot trend of stand up paddle boarding as well as water trampolines, the world’s smallest folding electric bike, inflatable climbing walls and water-slides and even a hoverboard! Products are carefully selected for their quality, as well as meeting environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes. Eco Yacht Toys has also recently branched out, with the launch of their new Asia Pacific office and by offering a range of high quality and exclusive yacht tenders.
