Announcing our 2021 Conference

Conference theme: ‘Leadership and vision through a changing world’


As we emerge from one of the most challenging global events, our conference focuses on ‘where do we go from here’ and how to achieve a positive outcome.

We are delighted to open this years conference with a keynote speaker whose business was drastically affected by the pandemic.



Steve Rowbotham is Chief Commercial Officer at Ink Global a multi-national media company. Steve is a former British Olympic rowing team member and competed at the top of rowing for 13 years. He represented Great Britain at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 winning a bronze medal for Great Britain and he successfully competed in the 2012 London Olympics.

In a insightful 15 minute key note speech, Steve will highlight ‘The importance of a strong vision in a post pandemic world.’ Even in normal circumstances adhering to a vision can be a challenge while still focusing on the day to day operation of a business. Steve will provide a background to how throughout the pandemic through strong leadership and robustly adhering to his vision Ink Global has emerged as a different business fit for 2021 and beyond.
